Operations

NAAChE is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of nine Directors, with each member organization appointing three of the nine. Officers are the President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. Decisions require unanimous approval by the Board. Committees are established by the Board with representatives appointed by the Member organizations.

Individual members of any NAAChE organization are eligible to be Alliance Members of any other NAAChE organization. Benefits generally include a regular publication and discounts on courses and meetings.
